eventer. is committed to carrying out the assignment with the utmost care and reliability, adhering to deadlines, and executing the event in accordance with the agreed-upon terms.

eventer. takes on the coordination, concept development, planning, consulting, and organisation of the agreed event and executes it in collaboration with the booked partners.

All rights to the presented ideas, proposals, drafts, sketches, images, and texts are protected as intellectual property. Their use is only permitted with express consent.

Order Confirmation
An order with eventer. can be made orally or in writing. The order is deemed to be concluded once eventer. has provided written confirmation. Any additional services (subsequent requests, changes by the client, extra effort, etc.) will be invoiced separately.

 

Administration Fee
eventer. generally provides the first offer free of charge. For the second offer onwards, a processing fee, based on the hours worked per order, will be charged in case of cancellation. Cancellations of confirmed reservations will incur charges based on the costs incurred up to that point.

 

Minor Changes
eventer. reserves the right to charge the customer for any short-term price changes by booked partners, service providers, etc., after consultation with the client.

 

Event Cancellations
In the event of cancellation after the order has been placed, all costs incurred up until that point (suppliers, partners, etc.) that cannot be cancelled will be invoiced. The general terms and conditions of the respective parties/service providers apply. eventer. will, of course, seek the best possible solution.

 

Liability for Damage and/or Loss
If the damage or loss was not caused by eventer., eventer. is entitled to charge the customer for any costs related to its own material, as well as any material specifically rented for the event from partner companies.

 

Payments
eventer. requires an advance payment prior to the event. This advance payment is usually 60% of the total amount and is due at least 15 business days before the event. The remaining payment is due within 10 business days after the event, based on the detailed final invoice, including any additional services.

 

Jurisdiction
The jurisdiction for the settlement of all disputes arising from this contract is Zurich or any other competent jurisdiction chosen by eventer. Swiss law shall apply.
